Technical Support Manager - Macedonia, OH - JOB 26-00082

Salary Range: $70K - $85K Permanent Position with Benefits

A NEO elevator company is seeking to add a Technical Support Manager to their team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or related
• Open to domestic travel 2 to 4 days per month
•  Has or can aquire passport for once per year international travel
• 3+ years of mechanical product support preferred
• Troubleshoot, install, diagnose customer problems.
• Support customer/staff with procedural documentation
• Process warranty claims
• Order parts
• Monitor time lines
• Support new product lines

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
