Architect - Cleveland, OH - JOB 25-01574

Salary Range: $75K - $95K Permanent Position with Benefits.

A rapidly expanding multi-state architectural & engineering firm is seeking to hire an Architect.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect in the state of Ohio
• 5 years minimum industry experience
• Healthcare Design experience is a plus.
• Must have good work planning, team facilitation and financial management skills.
• Experience/knowledge with Revit.
• Strong knowledge of FGI, NFPA and ICC codes a plus.
• Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook. MS Project) experienced

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
