Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is recruiting an experienced 'Remote' Architectural Field Surveyor on behalf of a premier Architectural and Engineering firm in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This role focuses on performing precise field surveys for existing retail and restaurant spaces across the US and Canada. This is a 'Remote Position'..
Joining a multidisciplinary team of architecture, interior design, and MEP engineering professionals, you will play a critical role in capturing existing site conditions and translating them into accurate As-Built CAD/Revit models.
Responsibilities

• On-Site Field Surveys: Travel domestically and throughout Canada (typically one 1-day survey per week, occasionally two) to conduct detailed physical inspections of existing retail and restaurant locations.
• Site Coordination: Liaise directly with mall Tenant Coordinators and site managers to gain access and complete field evaluations efficiently.
• Condition Verification: Measure and verify existing architectural floor plans, structural clearances, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
• As-Built Drafting: Convert physical measurements into precise As-Built drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit upon return to the office.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in retail or restaurant architecture field surveying.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is required.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to undertake frequent short-duration travel across the US and Canada; must possess a valid US passport (or ability to obtain one).
• Work Style: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of working effectively both independently in the field and collaboratively within a core team.
