Construction Project Manager / Estimator - Cleveland, OH - JOB 26-00182

Salary Range: $80K - $115K Plus Commission - Permanent Position with Benefits

NE Ohio Company looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join their team of glass and glazing professionals

REQUIREMENTS

• Project Manager with estimating experience. Will consider candidates with industry experience that are ready to move into a Project Management role.
• Must have excellent communication & organizational skills, Able to work under deadlines & within the allowed budget.
• MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) experienced
• Proficient with some type of Estimating software.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus.
• Must have a strong knowledge base of Manufacturing & Installation in some of the following:
• Glazed Wall Systems, Panel Walls & other Fenestration Elements, Point Supported & Structural Sealant Glazed Glass, Sealants, Waterproofing, Insulation.
• Must be able to handle more than one project at a time.
• Works with estimator from the time the project is awarded, doing front-end submittals, and working with vendors on products/purchase orders.
• Work with shop drawings and contractor from begging to end of project.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and quality.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
