Responsibilities
- Assembly & Production: Perform precise electrical and mechanical assembly of components according to blueprint designs and production standards.
- Material Handling: Efficiently obtain, sort, and organize raw products and parts needed for daily production goals.
- Quality & Counting: Accurately count and verify parts against job orders to ensure final packages strictly match client specifications.
- Packaging & Labeling: Package completed units securely for final transit and label all shipments accurately to guarantee proper routing and inventory tracking.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing workspace in compliance with facility guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in electro-mechanical assembly, warehouse production, or manufacturing packaging environments.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong mathematical counting skills and the ability to strictly follow written packaging and labeling specifications.
- Reliability: Proven track record of strong attendance, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset.
