• Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Perform routine and complex preventative maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and physical plant systems.
• Electrical & Controls Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine controllers and auxiliary molding equipment using PLC process knowledge.
• Mechanical Repair: Utilize pneumatics, hydraulics, and general machine shop equipment to repair mechanical failures and keep operations running smoothly.
• Technical Blueprint Analysis: Read and interpret complex schematics, electrical blueprints, and technical machine manuals to resolve system issues.
• System Optimization: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, ensure shop safety standards, and partner with operations to minimize machine downtime.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in industrial maintenance (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Plastic molding machine operations or blow molding experience is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical schematics, and PLCs. Demonstrated ability to operate standard machine shop equipment.
• Physical & General Requirements: Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude, ability to lift up to 60 lbs., and clear verbal/written communication skills.
