Integrity Technical Services is seeking a dual-role Production Planner / Project Manager for a top manufacturing client in the Youngstown, Ohio area. This role acts as the key liaison between workshop leadership, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality teams. You will manage production schedules, track project execution, maintain BOMs, and leverage SAP to streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Maintain master production schedules, work order packages, and shop performance metrics.
• Project Execution: Support the Head of Execution by managing tracking tools, action lists, external supplier follow-ups, and project closeouts.
• Data Management: Input, validate, and report manufacturing data using SAP, SAP AFO, and advanced Excel formulas.
• Material Coordination: Monitor shop-floor material availability, track inventory, and support purchasing to prevent production bottlenecks.
• Quality & Improvement: Assist with ISO quality compliance, document control, and workflow optimization.

Requirements

• Education: Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in Manufacturing, Business, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Software/ERP: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; experience with SAP and SAP Analysis for Office (AFO) highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read/interpret fabrication drawings and Bills of Material (BOM).
• Environment: Ability to split time between the office and the shop floor (PPE required: steel-toed boots, safety glasses; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.).
