About This Position
Integrity Technical Services is partnering with a Canton area premier anchor bolt manufacturer supporting the Department of Transportation, the electric utility market, and the general construction industry. We provide high-quality anchor bolts and foundation solutions to projects across the country. Our facility is equipped with a variety of machinery, including saws, threaders, presses, benders, welding equipment, and a fleet of fork trucks and service vehicles.
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to lead the upkeep and repair of all on-site equipment. This is a critical role that ensures our production lines remain operational and safe. You will serve as a key technical resource, troubleshooting mechanical issues, managing repairs, and contributing to the fabrication of small assemblies when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, source necessary parts, and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
- Fabrication Support: Assist in the fabrication of welded assemblies and support our welders with setup and procedural guidance.
- Process Improvement: Work directly with the Shop Manager to evaluate equipment processes and offer suggestions to improve efficiency and company operations.
- Operational Readiness: Learn the basic operations of all shop equipment to better understand maintenance needs and performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in equipment maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Fabrication Expertise: Proficiency in general fabrication, use of welding equipment, and handheld plasma guns.
- Welding Proficiency: MIG welding experience; working knowledge of D1.1 is a plus.
- Threading Knowledge: Experience with Unified Course Thread and the Roll/Cut thread process is highly desirable.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task, prioritize project details, and keep records organized.
- Safety: You must be able to wear steel-toed boots (required all day) and a company-supplied hard hat at all times during your shift.
